Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to any purchase of physical products made via our website or at our clinic by Max Dental & Maxillofacial Speciality Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you are only booking services and no product is shipped, this policy may not apply.

2. Processing Time

  • After you place an order for a product, we will dispatch it within 1–2 business days (unless stated otherwise).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship within India.

  • Standard delivery: Typically 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Expedited delivery (if available): Typically 1–3 business days, subject to availability and extra charges.

  • Delivery time estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays, weather, remote location, etc.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees may vary depending on product weight, size, delivery location, and chosen carrier.

  • For orders above [insert value], we may offer free standard shipping (as specified on the website).

  • Any customs, duties or taxes for international shipping (if applicable) are your responsibility.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or link (via email/SMS) which you can use to monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

6. Delivery, Receipt and Acceptance

  • You (or your authorised person) should inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please refuse delivery or notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

  • If the package appears tampered with, please document and report to us and the carrier.

  • Acceptance of the delivered goods means you acknowledge their receipt in good condition (unless defects reported promptly).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address, you failed to receive the package after multiple attempts, or you are unavailable, you may be charged additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

  • If we cannot deliver after [insert number] attempts, we may cancel the order and refund your payment excluding actual shipping costs incurred.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • At present our primary operations are within India. If international shipping is offered, customs duties, import taxes and clearances will be your responsibility.

  • Delivery times will vary significantly for international orders; we will not be liable for delays due to customs or regulatory checks.

9. Returns & Refunds for Products

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused and in sealed packaging (if applicable).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of refund/exchange.
