Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which you may cancel appointments or purchases and how refunds (if any) will be processed by Max Dental & Maxillofacial Speciality Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by [phone/online link] at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • If you cancel within the timeframe (24 hours or more in advance), no cancellation fee applies and you may reschedule without additional charge.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend (“no-show”), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee (up to [insert amount/percentage]).

  • Special treatment plans (e.g., surgical procedures, implants) may require upfront deposits and specific cancellation terms; in such cases the deposit may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on our written terms.

3. Product Purchases (if applicable)

  • If you purchase a product (e.g., dental care accessories) online and it is unused, in original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within [X] business days after we receive the item in satisfactory condition.

  • We reserve the right to deduct reasonable restocking/handling charges, or refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged or missing parts.

4. Refunds

  • If we cancel your appointment or reschedule at your convenience, you will be offered the option of a full refund of any amount paid, or an alternative appointment date/time.

  • For online product purchases, if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will provide you with a full refund or an alternative product of comparable value.
