This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which you may cancel appointments or purchases and how refunds (if any) will be processed by Max Dental & Maxillofacial Speciality Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”).
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by [phone/online link] at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
If you cancel within the timeframe (24 hours or more in advance), no cancellation fee applies and you may reschedule without additional charge.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend (“no-show”), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee (up to [insert amount/percentage]).
Special treatment plans (e.g., surgical procedures, implants) may require upfront deposits and specific cancellation terms; in such cases the deposit may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on our written terms.
If you purchase a product (e.g., dental care accessories) online and it is unused, in original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
Return shipping (if applicable) will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If we cancel your appointment or reschedule at your convenience, you will be offered the option of a full refund of any amount paid, or an alternative appointment date/time.
For online product purchases, if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will provide you with a full refund or an alternative product of comparable value.
